To blend or not to blend? That\u2019s a Catch-22 situation that confuses many L&D professionals when it comes to\u00a0creating effective training programs<\/strong><\/a>. Well, the truth is that blended learning is no longer negotiable in today\u2019s professional world. Adopting an effective blended learning approach as part of your L&D strategy can help your organization to increase employee engagement and improve knowledge transfer to the workplace.<\/p>\n
