Purpose of the Seminar
The seminar is a practical guide for participants to understand the subject of “crisis” by a scientific approach and to be able to develop skills related to prevention, design, critical situations.
This seminar “prepares” decision makers, all of the business activities of an organization or business, to manage methodically:

- Analyzing and managing the “impact” on the business or organization
